Evolutionary Adaptation Or Radical New Direction?: How MRIA Is Addressing The Top Challenges Facing Marketing Research Now And In The Years Ahead!

MRIA President Kimberlee Niziol Jonas, Market Research Manager with GlaxoSmithKline Canada in Mississauga, will identify the top challenges facing our industry now and in the foreseeable future, based on Canadian and international perspectives.

ABOUT KIMBERLEE NIZIOL JONAS
Kimberlee Niziol Jonas, President of MRIA for 2011-12 and the first woman to serve as the chief elected officer of our Association since its inception seven years ago.

Kimberlee is Market Research Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Canada in Mississauga. Her initial entry into the marketing research industry was anything but planned and deliberate. She started out in the product development division at Procter & Gamble, where she was responsible for delivering new product concepts for a particular brand; and also responsible for all marketing research during the development of approved new products.

She loved that early career exposure to research. And the rest, as they say, is history. Kimberlee pursued the marketing research career opportunity that had been put before her – by taking courses and seminars – and she has never looked back. Over the course of her career, Kimberlee has developed significant research expertise in consumer packaged goods; financial services; and pharmaceuticals.

As President of our Association this year, Kimberlee is bringing her rich life experience and industry knowledge to bear, coupled with a great deal of passion and dynamism, for all of our benefit.
