Nancy Tienhaara, Partner of DASH Software Ltd. will be presenting information to raise our awareness and help us prepare for the impact of Cell Phones in our collection process:  Nancy is a partner in DASH Software Ltd. which has provided software solutions to Canadian field survey operations for the past twenty-five years. Nancy enjoys research on emerging survey industry issues, and reported in 2006 on the characteristics and opinions of MRIA company interviewers. Recently she took a short course on cell phone issues and attended 2 days of conference sessions on the topic.

Dan Bernard, Vice President of Marketing Systems Group will be on hand to answer questions on American company response to the cell phone challenge.
