The deal entails a 10% discount off WestJet’s best available regular fare at the time of the booking (excluding web fares and seat sales pricing).
Below are the guidelines which will need to be considered:
- The discount is only available by contacting Group agents via WestJet’s Convention line at 1-877-952-4696. Group agents are available to book all reservations Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mountain Standard Time)
- The Conference/Convention Code CC7230 must be quoted at time of booking; this is not a promo code which can be used on WestJet.com at this time.
- The discounted rates are available for travel up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your event. For travel outside of these dates WestJet will offer the best available fare at the time of booking.
- Fares are not applicable to group travel. For groups of 10 or more traveling together, please contact Group agents for fare information.
