Learn - 1:55pm – 2:55pm “If I only knew then what I know now about qualitative research!” This interactive panel discussion will gather insights from client-side research managers who have acquired hard won knowledge and expertise on purchasing, using and managing qualitative research on behalf of their organizations. The aim of the session is to give both newer research managers a better sense of what they need to know (and do!) to get the most value from qualitative research. The moderated session will also appeal to research suppliers who want to understand how they can better serve their clients. Topics will include: Maybe some kind of comment about what client-side research managers “have learned in their first few years in the job, since we’re going after “newer” buyers???
