- Motivations for channel used
- A typology of buying styles for selected categories with how shoppers approach the category and react to pricing
- How social values influence shopper behaviour and buying styles
This presentation will merge the insights gained from this survey with geo-demographic data and projections to understand the implications to the future of retailing and CPG brands.
This is an opportunity for researchers and research users to share some of our understanding of the behaviour insights and issues around Canadian shopper research.
Robin Brown has guided clients such as Nestle, Unilever, and Labatt on advertising effectiveness, shopper behaviour and brand positioning over the last 19 years. He has wide experience in shopper insights and shopper understanding in working for Tesco, B&Q, Marks & Spencer, Nestle, Clorox and Black & Decker.
